I was given a bunch of biwa/loquat leaves and I want to make an olive oil lotion or an alcohol tincture. Can anyone help with a recipe in English? Thanks!

i have just nade a tincture from it 1:3 with 45% alc\water with freah leaves.though i`m not sure it will be strong enough.
u can dry it make into powder and do the same in 1:4 .
to do oil you need to put the poder or fresh leaves cut in olive oil and put in a glass jar.and then in the sun outside for 3-4 weeks.
